This one is a good one!
Use your favorite gluten-free chocolate cake mix, or your favorite from scratch. It should yield approximately 18 cupcakes.
I found a yummy recipe for peanut butter cookie dough frosting and made substitutions to make it gluten free.
I put all these ingredients in my mixing bowl and blended them well…
1 c sweet white sorghum flour
1 generous pinch of sea salt
1 stick softened butter
3/4 c peanut butter
1/4 c maple syrup
1/4 c REAL brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Blended together this created a dangerously delicious concoction to frost our gluten-free cupcakes with!
