Favorite Cookbook

My all-time, number one, best-loved cookbook is called Feeding the Whole Family by Cynthia Lair. This book has a plethora of information about nourishing ourselves and our children with healthful food that tastes delicious. Cynthia Lair does a wonderful job giving information that is easy to read, and easy to implement. This book is great for all families who want to eat well, and cook at home.

I just unpacked this book recently and realized how much I have been missing it! From appetizers to desserts, and everything in between, Cynthia offers many tips about the quality, content and importance of whole foods.  This book is must have for any kitchen that is helping children to grow.
